1. Castor bearing selection

The importance of casters

Industrial casters are used in a very wide range of designs for almost any industry. According to the needs of different industries, people continue to invent all kinds of casters, in the world there are about 150,000 different kinds of casters used in various industries. Caster bearings are very important for casters.

Casters use many kinds of bearings, without it, casters will lose their value. Therefore, we suggest that the ideal bearing should be suitable for the respective application, and ensure that the necessary safety margin is left. In addition to the wheel face, wheel diameter and rotating bearings, wheel bearings determine the mobility of the caster, and even the quality of the caster.

For different use environment, there are different requirements. The universal wheel used in a factory is different from the casters used in a business, the casters used in a tool cart are different from the light casters used in hospital beds, and the requirements for the casters used in a shopping cart are certainly completely different from those used in factories for heavy loads. Generally speaking, there are the following four kinds of bearings:

1.4.Plane bearing: suitable for high and extra high load and high speed occasions.

2. Castor wheel rack selection
