Special products must be specified if casters are to be used outdoors, in coastal areas, in areas with strong corrosion and/or poor service conditions. Routine maintenance of the swivel wheel

Common problems of swivel wheel and matters needing attention

1. Detect the visible wear degree of tire tread. Check whether the wheel bearing is damaged. If the parts are not damaged, they can be reassembled and used again. If the bolts are loose, tighten them immediately. If the wheel mounted in the bracket is loose, the wheel will be damaged or will not turn.

3. Install 4 casters, including 2 swivel wheels and 2 directional wheels

The combination of 2 directional wheels and 2 swivel wheels is a conventional assembly method, which is suitable for long distance handling of heavy equipment and is economical and durable.

4. Install 4 casters, all of which are directional wheels
